Win a two week full-time general English course in Wales.

Learn English in Wales (LEW) is offering a unique opportunity for three students to attend a two week general English course for FREE between July and August 2012. LEW will provide homestay or college accommodation free of charge for the duration of the course.

To enter this exciting competition, tell us in English in no more than 250 words which Welsh person you would like to meet and why. The deadline for the competition is March 16th 2012. Successful candidates will be notified by email shortly after.

Which Welsh person would you like to meet and why?

  • Entries can be about  living Welsh people, or about Welsh figures from the past or from legend
  • Deadline for entries: 16th March 2012
  • Winners will be selected by Easter 2012.
  • Please note students will not be able to choose which institution they attend.
  • Winners may be asked to participate in Learn English in Wales (LEW) publicity during the course.
  • Students must be 18 years or older.
  • Students will be responsible for their own visa, insurance, travel and maintenance costs.
  • One application per person
  • LEW reserves the right to change terms and conditions of the competition.
